ExcelHealth Group, LLC is seeking a highly-motivated individual to take on our Dental Insurance enrollment in nursing homes in Houston and surrounding areas. Qualified applicants are professional, friendly, goal-oriented and enthusiastic, and are a licensed agent who will promote our program within each of our contracted communities.

• Applicants should live in within or relatively close to the Houston, TX area
• You must already have your provider's license that encompasses health.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Routinely facilitate insurance enrollment of patients at each assigned facility via in-facility conversations and phone calls to Authorized Representatives.
• Conducting quarterly in-services with facility staff to educate them regarding ExcelHealth Group's dental services while also promoting resident participation in our program. This requires in-person, on-site visits throughout the area.
• Participate in weekly company video calls for accountability, training, and support.
• Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
• Effectively communicate value to customers to promote all services.
• Comply with HIPAA guidelines and all company policies and support operational processes to ensure positive customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Health and Life Insurance license for Texas
• Must be willing to travel
• Verbal and written communication skills is a must and should be maintained at all times
• Nursing home and/or dental experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Friendly personality and professional appearance
• Able to multi-task and set priorities to accomplish tasks
• Able to communicate professionally with all job related issues
• Able to make cold calls for establishing new sources and as follow-up
• Reliable internet is required
• Must live within or near Houston area

COMPENSATION

• $40,000.00 per year salary
• Commission unavailable
• All traveling expenses are covered following company policy
• PTO available according to company policy after 90-days of employment
• Relocation expenses are not covered
