Position Summary
Apply, remove and repair insulation on industrial and/or domestic equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems such as heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels to control noise and maintain temperature.
Principal Responsibilities
Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives and scissors.
Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings
Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather or physical damage
Cover, seal or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement, or asphalt mastic
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Training to be obtained includes OSHA10, Ladder/Lift training and Fall Protection training.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
