Instructor Job at Enterprise State Community College
Position Summary
Instructors are responsible to the Division Chair and/or the appropriate Instructional Dean for planning, preparing, and presenting appropriate and effective learning experiences to students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES:
Instruct core curriculum classes in Precision Machining and related subject areas.- Conduct instruction in a wide variety of settings and timeframes to include day, evening, and weekends at any instructional site. Some traveling may be required.
- Assist in the planning for instruction; prepare course materials, objectives, syllabi, and curriculum design.
- Organize and maintain instructional equipment as required.
- Serve as faculty advisor to an assigned group of students.
- Participate in assessments at both the course and program levels.
- Comply with all policies of the Alabama Community College System and the College.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or equivalent (at least sixty (60) semester hours in a planned program including associate degree core) required.- Specialized coursework equivalent to the community or technical college program required.
- Three (3) years of successful full-time experience as a practitioner in the field required.

Salary Schedule D-1 - $40,473 – $87,562 (9 months), based on education and experience . Additional summer employment may be available.
