CACI is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support a Navy Program. As an Instructional System Designer (ISD), you will assist the lead ISD in gathering and creating training content for a Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning training course. You will work with a team of training developers in updating lesson plans, training guides, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). You will also format and edit documents and ensure they are meeting design standards, and review training content to ensure it is accurate and provide design feedback.
Candidates can work remotely, however, it's preferred if you're located near our customer sites in Norfolk, VA or Orlando, FL (Not mandatory).
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Perform analysis of existing training content.
- Research and gather missing content.
- Write and edit Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
- Support development of the IMI as required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- 3-5 years of Curriculum Development Experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Prior experience developing content for Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning.
