Instructional Designer Job at GeBBS Consulting
Position is a blend of Instructional Design, Technical Writer and Facilitation
- Health Insurance systems (Blues preferred); Pega Systems (preferred)
- Technical Analysis - analyzing source materials, accessing actual system for analysis and validating procedures in the UI and or working with business SMEs; research and analysis of Screen Behavior Documents/guides
- Framemaker (Unstructured- creating and updating); MS Word (experience with Style Sheets within MS Word required)
- MS PowerPoint MS Office (Word, Excel), SharePoint, WebEx, MS Teams, Camtasia, Captivate, Snagit, Articulate
- Excellent grammar and spelling required, self-starter, quality focused, attention to detail
- Adobe Acrobat – Creating and Optimizing PDFs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
