Full-Time Experienced Inside Sales Rep for Industrial Sales with STS Industrial, Pasadena/ Houston, Tx. location (Website: https://www.stsindustrial.com/)

Experience MUST include Pipes, Valves, and Fittings.

Available for Immediate Start Date in our Pasadena/ Houston, Tx. location.

First 90 days of employment will require some training time in our Orange, Texas location. Standard mileage reimbursement will be provided from our Pasadena, Tx. location to and from our Orange, Tx location.

MUST HAVE 5 years or more of previous Industrial Sales Support & Customer Service experience in pipes, valves, and fittings. NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement.

· We would prefer these years to be Inside or Outside sales with related customer service (or a combination of the two) in Industrial supplies or plant-related refinery/ Chemical manufacturer; or either of these areas.

· This position will work primarily with pipe, fittings, and valves.

· Customer service and a team player attitude are our priorities with an experienced candidate.

· We hire people who love learning, is willing to be trained in the way STS does business, appreciates being accurate, and who is comfortable with technology.

Compensation:

For candidates with 5 years Sales/ Support/ Customer Service experience:

Experience MUST include minimum of 5 years in Pipes, Valves, and Fittings for this compensation level.

$60,260/ year Total Compensation

· $20/ Hour with Typical OT

· Guaranteed minimum commission of $1,255.00 per month for first 12 months with opportunity to exceed and earn more if sales are higher than target.

Preferred Basic Technology Skills

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • comfortable and familiar with performing basic computer functions,
  • able to follow cues within our computer operating system while learning to navigate our sales process,
  • knowledgeable and able to perform basic functions within Microsoft Office programs, like Excel and Word.

We are a rapidly growing Industrial Supply company with locations in Sulphur, Louisiana and Orange & LaPorte, Texas.

· Your willingness to provide good customer service and a team player attitude are our priorities.

· We service plant-related refineries/ chemical manufacturers along with contractors, fabricators, and other commercial customers. This job does not include Retail Sales.

· Our clientele is established and growing, so the position is primarily inside sales support and customer service.

· We provide STS training for team members in our processes.

· Our operating system is highly intuitive, so once you learn the system your Sales experience will work well for you.
