Shannon Rollings Real Estate is the agency that changed the way things are done in the CSRA’s housing market and now they’re looking to expand their team of Internal Sales Agents! We are seeking self-motivated, team players with a love for homes and a drive to help others.

Our Inside Sales Agents fill a vital role in converting leads into buyers. They are one of the first points of contact with our clients and are responsible for creating an excellent experience. Their efforts gather relevant information to qualify leads and uncover opportunities for further success. Inside sales agents foster client relationships that are built on trust and they help our clients achieve their dream of home ownership.

Responsibilities include:

- Engage with clients through calls, texts and emails to begin developing relationships built on trust.

- Listen to our clients and gather relevant information to qualify buyers and sellers

- Actively seek real estate for sale that matches our clients' needs and desires

- Find potential opportunities to offer additional mortgage and insurance services to clients.

- Navigating the systems in place to connect agents with qualified buyers and ensuring those connections are made.

- Communicating openly with teammates and leadership team to maximize the success of the overall team’s conversion goals.

- Staying keyed into new houses hitting the market.

Job Requirements:

- Job schedule requires Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with alternating weekend coverage

- Familiar with Chromebook and Google operating systems

- Real Estate license not required

- Must work as a team

Benefits include:

- Base pay plus performance based bonus
- Paid time off
- Health insurance after 60 days and 401k after one year

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
