About The Role....

As an Information Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the software infrastructure of mission critical banking, lending and various other systems. A can-do attitude, ability to synthesize the complexity of data & systems integration and a natural ability to drive towards results will be the key to be successful in this role. Performs daily work, to include the monitoring of our backups, setting up daily jobs, and verifying successful completion of daily jobs.

What You'll Do....

  • Responsible for Core banking system Symitar by Jack Henry Associates
  • Assist with daily, weekly, monthly jobs as needed.
  • Responsible for 3rd party system integration within Symitar
  • Will also be responsible for various other systems as assigned.
  • Programming languages & skills required: Symitar PowerOn, JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Database & reporting skills desired: Microsoft SQL
  • Compile requirements of projects by interviewing key stakeholders 2. Measure success of projects against business requirements
  • Ensure good design practices are followed for solutions and that the solutions are thoroughly tested prior to rollout.
  • Remove complexity for end user by integrating software applications to work seamlessly.
  • Ability to provide solutions with user experience conscientiousness.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities You'll Need....

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
  • Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A highly energetic and motivated individual will best fit this position.
  • Is goal oriented and results oriented.
  • Accomplish all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
