The Information Security PCI Compliance Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that DISH's handling of PCI data is compliant with applicable regulations and industry standards. This includes drafting policies and procedures, designing and executing compliance programs, identifying and addressing compliance gaps, and managing the annual PCI audit. The role also involves leading security enhancement projects, educating staff on PCI compliance requirements, coordinating with third-party vendors and legal/privacy teams, and continuously improving the PCI compliance program.
The successful candidate will need to possess strong project management skills, be a self-led learner, have a customer-first mentality, be adaptable to changing circumstances, and have experience in process documentation and mapping. They will also need to possess a solid understanding of compliance and risk management principles, have excellent communication skills, be able to lead cross-functional teams, and have expert knowledge of PCI-DSS and general data privacy principles. Finally, the candidate should be well-organized, cheerful, persuasive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once while working with diverse audiences and under tight deadlines. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years of directly related experience are required, as well as a solid understanding of SOX, PCI, CPNI, CCPA, FACTA, and similar IT compliance and privacy regulations. Professional certification (CISSP, CISA, CSIM, CIA or similar) is highly desired.
