This Informatics Consultant Lead is a highly technical role and will act in a lead position for the claim integrity/ process improvement -reduction work group.

Responsibilities Include the following:

  • Internal automation and technical processes.

  • Supporting the CSRA Technical Team in the design, development, and maintenance of operational management and reporting applications, primarily using the MS-SQL tools.

  • Evaluating department requirements for information reporting based on the QNXT claims

  • Processing system configuration build designs.

  • Remedy change management system database structure to determine the logic needed to correctly design and build SQL application tools in support of CSRA management.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years experience/knowledge of MS-SQL and SQL Server DBMS
  • Knowledge of healthcare business application systems is with knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience in working in a data warehouse environment as well as the ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources
  • Understanding of relational databases, data systems and data warehouses.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years’ experience/ knowledge of the QNXT claims administration system.
  • 1-3 years’ proven and effective technical writing skills experience
  • Project Management – Issue Identification and Analysis

Education
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
