The Information Technology Technician I assists in the maintenance, tracking, troubleshooting, and purchasing of information technology systems (including PC and LAN equipment) for TNC offices. They monitor, optimize performance and provide disaster recovery service for the information systems in the office. They’ll assist staff on troubleshooting software and hardware problems including network issues and act as a point of communication between IT, primary operating business units and external vendors. They perform local operations functions as appropriate in accordance with TNC and IT standards, policies and procedures. They’ll be responsible for monitoring data backups in the offices to ensure that they are completed on a regular basis.

Are you an aspiring IT Technician passionate about resolving IT problems? We are looking for a qualified IT Technician to join our ambitious Chapter! Our ideal candidate has an in depth knowledge of computer software and hardware and a hands on experience with a different variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. Providing optimal customer service will be a key function in this role. This position will be based out of our Salt Lake City Office.

• 2 years of work experience troubleshooting computer and network systems.
• Experience with MS Office software, Windows and Macintosh environment.
• Experience manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data.
