Position Overview: The teacher is the lead educator in the classroom and is responsible for curriculum planning, record keeping, report writing, and administering of screenings and assessments.
- Responsible for planning experiences and activities that are developmentally appropriate, individualized and consistent with designated curriculum.
- Engages in high quality staff to child interaction and staff to staff interactions
- Encourages parent participation in all aspects of the program
- Uses authentic assessment techniques, including anecdotal notes, to plan for individual children
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and experience working with young children. $17.91/hr
