Job Description:
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to engage our littles on
- Positive and encouraging interactions with children
- Ensuring the health, welfare and safety of children at all times
- Engaging in positive communication with parents/guardians
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with other staff members
- Willingness to learn new technology and navigate our childcare app to give parents real-time updates.
- Creating an environment that encourages educational goals that line up with WMELS
- Tracking students growth and abilities
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary classroom
