• Prepare and implement classroom lesson plans, programs, and schedules.
• Develop, plan, and prepare instructional aids/materials for classroom activities.
• Assist children with meal times and clean-up.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom and equipment
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training, and parent meetings, as requested.
• Assist and supervise children during all activities.
• Physically arrange the classroom into well-defined interest areas.
• Direct activities of other staff in the classroom to ensure that the classroom functions in an orderly manner.
• Communicate appropriate information to parents; maintains developmental profiles for children.
