Job Summary Responsible for maintenance duties in inedible egg processing facility, including but not limited to routine and preventative maintenance of process equipment, buildings, and grounds.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strictly follows all plant safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains mechanical systems, including but not limited to Dryer, Concentration Skids, Boiler, Chilling.
• Conducts preventative and routine maintenance of building, equipment and grounds.
• Trouble shoot and repair electrical or mechanical issues with production equipment.
• Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent product quality/safety problems from occurring.
• Successfully complete assigned maintenance tasks in allotted time.
• Communicate with management on day-to-day maintenance issues.
• Assist with parts inventory.
• Understand and interpret company, industry, state and federal regulations.
• All other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined - Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to weld and fabricate metal.
• Electrical knowledge.
• Knowledge of basic chemical usage and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in high elevations.
• Ability to read, understand, and effectively communicate information through writing and speaking so others will understand.
• Independent Self-Starter/Team Player.
• Mathematical Skills: General Arithmetic/Basic Algebra/Percentages/Fractions.
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Pay: $58,240.00 - $62,400.00 per year
