Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP
We are seeking a Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP to join long standing company that supports across the DMV. Our company offers medical benefits, 401 (k), unlimited PTO and certification reimbursements. Our company has been around since 2006 and we support clients across the DMV. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP will handle projects and communicate with C-level clients about deadlines and budgets.
The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP will create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation related to supported systems. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP must have the ability to perform with a high level of autonomy and come with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP supports O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations (SonicWall and Cisco Meraki) projects. The Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP will also lead as the technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems.
Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP Experience:
- Troubleshooting and deploying Window server 2012-2019
- Act as the highest point of escalation for Tier 2 and Tier 1 engineers.
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
- Azure deployments and migration experience
- Expert-level experience managing Microsoft solutions (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Hyper-V, failover clustering, file services)
- Provide top-notch technical support in your areas of subject matter expertise (network, virtualization)
- Experience managing and creating of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
- VMware and/or Hyper-V experience
- P2V migration experience
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
Hybrid Senior System Engineer (IT Project Engineer) MSP Salary & Benefits:
- Salary $90k -$115k
