Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for a Human Resources Representative. The Human Resources Representative provides administrative support to the Human Resources Generalists and VP. Will assist with some complex and highly confidential human resources related projects and act as a backup for the department in the absence of other Human Resources personnel on daily issues.
Requires high school graduate or equivalent. A two year technical program and prior progressive Human Resources experience in a health care setting is preferred. Must have basic computer competency skills and intermediate Microsoft office suite skills.
* Full-time or Part-time, weekdays, 24 to 40 hours per week, flexible start time from 7-9 am, schedule negotiated at hire.
