Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. Inc. is a leading promotional marketing services provider to many of America's largest companies and their brands. We serve a variety of industries and companies including Consumer Package Goods, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Outdoor Products, Retailers and more. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team to carry out various HR functions including employee benefit administration and recruiting/onboarding.

Requirements:
  • Administer benefit programs, consult with and advise employees on eligibility for all insurances (including Workers Comp), 401(k), paid time off, etc.
  • Ensure that employees understand benefit programs and counsel employees as situations arise. Work as liaison with insurance carriers/broker and employees to resolve issues.
  • Manage annual open enrollment and implement new benefits programs
  • Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits and reports necessary or suggested changes to HR leadership
  • Manage employment verification tasks, unemployment claims, and support managers to process termination paperwork
  • Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package
  • Assist VP of HR with various HR functions including recruitment, interview process, onboarding of new employees, other related duties as assigned.

  • The ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization with a high level of clarity, compassion, and sense of urgency to resolve issues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures

Human Resources Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a combination of education and experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years human resources experience with primary responsibility for benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook). Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems. Experience with Paylocity is preferred.
  • Hybrid work schedule will be available once training is complete with 2-3 days working remote.
