Fyusion is looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the human resources team and business leaders by leading and/or supporting Human Resources projects, programs, and initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and retention.

Here's the day to day:

  • Assist in the implementation, and management of HR processes, including benefits, administration and renewal, leave of absences, on-boarding programs, talent development and performance management across the organization
  • Managing and administering HRIS management and performance tools
  • Assist in driving the evolution of HR policies and practices within the organization
  • Provide day to day guidance to employees and people leaders in areas that include benefits, leave of absences, paid leave programs, company policies and practices, etc.
  • As needed provide guidance to all employees on a wide variety of HR related matters, including workplace issues, complaints and or concerns. Resolve and or escalate matters as appropriate
  • Coordinate required training and identify possible departmental learning and development needs
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal expectations related to employment
  • Understand our business as a whole and develop recommendations and initiatives around training, culture, creating the best environment for employees to thrive
  • Assist with the annual compensation process and any other ad hoc compensation requests
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Assist with Professional Employer Organization - PEO and the Cox Global Employer Organization - GEO employees with general matters
  • Maintains highly confidential employee information and documents
  • Assists with the other employee-related work, projects as needed

Here's what we are looking for:

  • BS/BA in related discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Business, Management, or Organizational Development); or 4 years of experience required in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to be collaborative, build relationships, and strong partnership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask/manage multiple priorities along with excellent organizational skills
  • Prior experience using HRIS and/or managing data with strong detail orientation while being able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and solutions oriented

  • Multi-state employment regulation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically, disbursed and matrix organization
