With an eye for detail and the ability to multitask, the Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for upholding all human resources policies, coordinating new employee onboarding, processing employee timecards, conducting background and credit checks and updating HR files. We're looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for HR who can work effectively within a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Be a good listener.
- Have integrated knowledge of resume, interview and job-related structure development.
- Be able to develop professional relationships with HR colleagues and managers.
- Be a problem solver that has the right attitude and communication skills for the job.
- Be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
- Be able to effectively use office productivity software, such as a word processor, spreadsheet, presentation software, etc.
- Be able to write clearly, concisely and creatively.;.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
