LHH is currently parterning with a manfautring organzaiton in Buffalo, NY looking to bring on a contract to hire HR Manager. In this postion you will oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees. The position will pay between $30-$40hr an will begin as soon as possible.
Responsilbites:
? Assist with recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
? Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting new hire orientation, and completing all required paperwork.
? Act as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
? Assist with performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating disciplinary actions as needed.
Monitors FMLA and Leaves of Absence, requests for accommodation, short- and long-term disability and Workers Comp
? Provides support to leadership in department re-organizations, new job descriptions, and performance management.
Qualifications:
? Associates Degree required. Bachelor degree is preferred
? At least 5 years of HR support in recruiting, benefits administration and policies and procedures
