Housekeeping Manager Job at Oceanana Family Motel
Oceanana Family Motel has been providing a family-friendly beach stay for more than 60 years. It continues to be the 2nd largest motel on Atlantic Beach with a culture based upon treating staff like family.
We continue to add to our team to provide the best experience for our guests and staff members. An experienced Housekeeping Manager is needed to lead a 15-person housekeeping team.
Qualifications Required:
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Working proficiency of Spanish language
- Hotel experience (preferred)
Job Duties:
- Improving existing housekeeping systems
- Training and developing housekeeping team members
- Scheduling housekeeping team
- Ensuring quality and interacting with motel guests
- Leading housekeeping team in assisting with light room renovations during the winter months when motel is closed for the season
Role Specifics:
- Position reports to the General Manager.
- Annual Salary: $35k-$42k based upon experience
- Full Time Only
- 3-4 weeks of paid time off during the winter season
