Love your job where the Beach meets the Mountains! We are currently searching for motivated and talented Housekeepers to join our team at the Margaritaville Resort in Gatlinburg, TN. Located in the center of Gatlinburg, the gateway to Smoky Mountain National Park, this resort has 163 rooms and suites, Spa, Margaritaville inspired License To Chill Bar & Grill and Joe Merchants coffee shop, 4,000 square feet of meeting space and additional scenic outdoor event space. Bring your friendly and welcoming personality to our team!

Job Description

Responsible for the care and cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to create a welcome and comfortable place for our guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms
• Restock room supplies Store dirty linens in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Follow all company safety and security procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Turn in and record all lost and found items.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance required.
• Must be willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
