Job description
We are looking for new team members who want to supplement their income with a great part time job. Hilton provides free online training and many avenues for advancement. Due to the morning and early afternoon hours, this is a great fit for someone with children of school age.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas and guest rooms to Hilton standards within designated time frames.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain records of all serviced rooms.
- Maintain guest rooms in good condition.
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Answer guest requests and inform others when required.
- Check and restock carts of all used products for next day.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies.
Skills
- Proven working experience in a relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful attitude with customer service skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language
- High school or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $14.00 per hour
