Hiring cleaners Immediately! Our housekeeping, maid services, house cleaners are all trained to be confident and professional so they can really take great care of our home cleaning clients. Please apply if you love to clean independently. We clean as solo cleaners, NOT in teams, and love cleaning for our outstanding house cleaning clients.

What do we offer?

• We believe in paying well for a job well done. Our full time cleaners average $750-$850 per week (possible by the end of week 3 week, depending on how quickly you properly implement our training). This amount doesn’t include tips, bonuses and mileage reimbursement, they are extras and on top!

• NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS if you don't want them! NO major HOLIDAYS (6)!

• Health benefits, paid time off for Full Time after 90 days. Earn holiday pay for Major holidays off.

• Comprehensive Paid Training. ($15 per hr. week 1, 2nd week $17 per hr. guaranteed. By the 3rd week it is possible to be earning top pay!) This isn't like cleaning your own home. We are going to show you how the pros do it! Confidence!

• Biweekly Compensation - Our f/t cleaners average $1600-$1700+ per pay-period plus tips, bonuses

What is required of you?

• Speak and write English fluently.

• Must be able to pass a background check we will run.

• Must have been at previous jobs for at least 1 year minimum- no "job hoppers" please, we are looking to build a long term team.

• House cleaning can be tiring: must be able to stand on your feet all day with light lifting up to 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day with no issues doing so. Cleaners are also required to wear a mask as part of their PPE when cleaning if customers are home/around.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a good running car to get to and from work and provide proof of auto insurance and a smartphone for work.

• Must be comfortable and enjoy working independently- we clean as solo cleaners

• Must be honest, trustworthy, energetic, positive, and take ownership in your choices. Hard work and motivation are a MUST!

• Service Areas: Must be willing to travel to the following services area: Indianapolis (within 20 miles of Castleton): Castleton, Lawrence, Geist, Broadripple, Downtown Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, McCordsville, and Zionsville
