Hotel Shuttle Driver - Hyatt Regency Bloomington - $14.50/HR + Tips Job at Schulte Hospitality Group
Position Highlights: Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis is excited to welcome additional Part Time Hotel Shuttle Drivers to our team for Saturday / Sunday mid-shifts. Additional hours may be available. Safely transports guests to and from MSP Airport, and Mall of America, this person is an integral part of our team. Able to operate on a schedule and manage the hotel shuttle route as coordinated by Front Desk team. A genuine, welcoming personality will go far in this position. Our Hotel: Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis offers 303 stylish guestrooms and suites designed for relaxation and convenience. Located on the Blue Line Light Rail at Bloomington Central Station, 2 stops from the Mall of America and MSP Airport. Providing ideal accommodations for travelers visiting MN for either business or pleasure. Regency Club Rooms include complimentary refreshments in the Lounge.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operates hotel shuttle and transports guests to and from MSP Airport / Mall of America
Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room when needed
Assists with helping change guest rooms, deliver messages or request taxis for guests
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year in customer service role
Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
Valid Driver's License
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Outgoing and patient personality
Ability to communicate effectively
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests
Customer service focus
