Title of Position: Innkeeper
Job Description: The Innkeeper will oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of Inn Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance management, sales, and managing 3rd party booking platforms. Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success. The Innkeeper will coach and develop staff members to provide exceptional service. The Innkeeper will have hands-on management by learning all positions and overseeing service throughout the day. The Innkeeper must have knowledge of hotel operations, front desk duties, Sales management, and housekeeping operations. The Innkeeper will need to tour and visually inspect the property daily as well as monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness, and quality of products and services and use guest experience metrics to exceed guests’ highest standards while proactively enhancing processes, products, and services. Qualifications:

• The Innkeeper should possess 3+ years of high-volume Innkeeper experience
• The Innkeeper should have a passion for developing and mentoring people as well as the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
• The Innkeeper should have a track record of achieving positive financial goals
• Must have experience with 3rd party booking platforms.
• Sales experience preferred.
