Join the team at Elite CO! We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our fast-paced Hotel/Airbnb operation!

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for inspecting the Suites and public to ensure that they meet standards of cleanliness, communicating needs or errors to Housekeeping staff. Inspect Suites for maintenance repairs. Ensure all suites are cleaned and staged according to Elite Co. Standards. Communicate with housekeepers of rooms to be cleaned and special requests. Complete all other duties assigned by Owner / Site manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Two years prior housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful. (Not Required)
• Experience in scheduling needs/payroll processing.
• Experience in efficient and timely cleaning of rooms.
• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must train as a Housekeeper to understand cleaning and staging of each unit.
• Must have a work Smart Phone
• Must have reliable Transportation (Travel between Hotel, Airbnb unit, laundry storage etc.)
• Must be able to clean units within the timeframe allotted according to size.
• Must show the ability to be able to lead a team.
• Other duties may be assigned via Owner / Site manager

This job is ideal for someone with previous hospitality supervisory experience. Airbnb, and or hotel cleaning experience required. Start time Between 9:30AM-10AM End time 4pm-5pm . Some evening hours are available. We operate 7 days a week. This is a great job for someone who has free time throughout the day and likes part time work. We have flexible days.

*Also no laundry on weekends for efficiency while cleaning several units, however during weekday turnovers we complete laundry onsite (unless notified otherwise)
