Host/Hostess Job at PINSTACK
We are looking for hosts, food runners, and bussers that can work at least Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights every week. We open at 11am every day of the week and close at 12am Sunday-Thursday and 2am on Friday and Saturdays. We are busiest on the weekends so we need as many hands as possible to help ensure our guests are taken care of in a timely manner.
The hosts are responsible for greeting guests as they enter and leave the building, as well as answering any questions they may have. The hosts are also responsible for answering the phones and seating guests in the restaurant.
The food runners and bussers are responsible for taking food to the correct tables or bowling lanes and maintaining cleanliness of the dining room and restaurant work stations.
All positions assist with stocking of silverware, plates, napkins, etc., sweeping floors and cleaning spills in all restaurant areas if needed and assisting as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager.
We look for our team members to work in a friendly, honest, and diligent manner with guests, fellow team members, supervisors, and managers. Team members that cooperate with others when assigned additional tasks, listen to others with compassion, or seek knowledge from multiple sources and learn from past experiences for future development and growth will be most successful.
