Responsible for providing after-hours and/or weeknight on-call nursing service.

Responds to telephone requests at home from our after-hours Triage RN for assistance by addressing the request by telephone or by making a visit that includes skilled assessment and interventions which can include in person after hours admissions and end of life visits.

• Weekdays - Monday - Thursday 5pm - 8am
• After Hours Home visits and Skilled/Assisted Nursing visits as needed, full time pay.
• Share call with another RN, switching from primary to secondary!
• Salaried + Mileage + Full Benefits
• Only take calls from our After-Hours RN Coordinators

Required

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse. An employee in this role is only able to provide clinical guidance to patients in states in which the employee possesses a current, unencumbered license.
• One (1+) year of nursing experience.
• Prefer Hospice experience.
