Homestead/Farmstead Coordinator/Field Data Collector Job at Centre County, Pennsylvania

- Coordinates county Homestead/Farmstead program for compliance with Act 1 and Act 50.
- Utilizes specialized software program for review and approval of Homestead/Farmstead applications and for specialized reporting to state and local authorities.
- Communicates and corresponds with municipal and school district officials regarding Act 1 and Act 50.
- Processes and analyzes building permits and construction plans for use in field data collection.
- Assists Real Estate Assessors and Chief Assessor in the field performing field data collection.
- Maintains mobile home rolls and processes mobile home park reports.
- Prepares exonerations and resolutions when necessary.
Qualifications
Required Education: High school diploma required, some college education preferred. Required Experience: Two to four (2-4) years working experience with computer and deed research.
Special Requirements
Must possess a valid PA driver's license.
