(Trainee Opportunities available) Our talented team of inspectors have an exceptional industry reputation for delivering the home inspection with quality, integrity and extraordinary customer service. **Important: Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of the building industry and a background in trades such as remodeling, electrical, HVAC or plumbing. Background check required.
Position Experience Required :
- Background Check Required
- Prior experience in the residential home inspection - preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential home systems.
- Exceptional detail to quality execution and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with real estate agents and customers.
- A great attitude, good presence and energy.
- Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to authorize and pass all employment screening to include background and driving checks.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Commercial Experience a PLUS
