About This Occupational Therapist Position

HopeHealth is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for its affiliate HopeHealth Visiting Nurse.

This position will be headquartered in Lincoln, RI.

This is a full-time, 40hrs per week, position that is eligible for benefits.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical condition.
  • Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops occupational therapy treatment programs tailored to meet the specific needs of the patients within their home setting.
  • Documents patient care and data accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner in the electronic health record.


What will you bring to the role?

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy school.
  • Currently licensed to practice as a registered occupational therapist in the State of Rhode Island, dually licensed in MA and RI preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in occupational therapy practice.
  • Home care experience preferred, but not required.
  • Current/valid driver's license and automobile.
  • Experience in use of Electronic Medical Record.
