Shift Details

We are looking to add to our King County caregiver team. We are looking for a seasoned HCA or CNA who is passionate about providing quality of care to our vulnerable population as well as mentoring others in their skills. This position will be guarenteed 40 hours but must be open to overtime when needed, able to drive anywhere in King County, have open availibility, and be nurse delegated (or willing to complete course within 14 days of hire- tuition reimbursement available)

Job Requirements

• HCA or CNA license and Nurse Delegation Certificate
• Active WA Drivers License, active auto insurance, no more than 2 minor or 1 major driving in fraction in the last 5 years.
• CPR
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Access to a smartphone with data (for timekeeping and charting)
• A passion for improving the quality of care for vulnerable people.

Specific Skills Needed

• Ability to complete light housekeeping such as dishes, vacuuming, etc.
• Ability to prepare meals.
• Hoyer and gait belt experience
• Okay with dogs and cats (not all clients have pets but many do)

COVID-19 considerations:
We require all employees to be fully vaccinated to CDC guidelines as well as wear proper PPE when providing personal care to clients. We fit test our employees to be able to safely wear an N-95 mask.
