BS or BA Degree fm 4-yr. university, pref. in public health or social sciences or 6 years exp. in public health or health care related field accepted
driver's license required.
Ability to work with culturally diverse populations in a non-judgmental environment.
Extensive knowledge of & ability to interpret federal, state & locals laws/regs. pertaining to HIV & STD infections & surveillance activities.
Extensive knowledge on health inequities and social determinants of health.
Extensive knowledge of record management, problem identification/solving methods, consultation methods, ability to apply these to HIV/STD prevention.
Ability to lead and coordinate members of a team effectively and produce outcomes.
Ability to effectively engage with communities and/or their leaders to better understand the populations within the community.
Know how to conduct research and use that for implementation plans.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and WebEx.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
