Recruiter
Age in Place Home Care is looking for a recruiter to join our team and help seniors age in their home by hiring professional caregivers who are compatible with our clients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and responding to email
- Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Training and scheduling caregivers
- Promoting retention of qualified caregivers
- Ensure all open shifts are covered
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two years of recruiting experience
- Strong social and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with recruitment marketing strategies
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Scheduling Software, Google Calendar)
Spanish Bilingual Preferred
Starting salary is 650 weekly.
