HIRING A Professional House Cleaner- Short Term Rentals Job at Clean and Shine LLC
We are looking for cleaners to add to our team! We currently service the Denver-Metro area. (Including: Arvada, Denver, Westminster, Morrison and Wheat Ridge).
We offer a flexible schedule, part-time 15-25 hours a week, paid training, weekly pay.
Must be available between 10am-4pm. Flexible Schedule with the ability to accept projects that work for you. Payment is per project and not per hour.
Responsibilities
- Follow cleaning checklists and instructions as specified per property
- Do laundry
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Stage blankets, pillows etc. for vacation rentals
- Provide pictures and notes of each job
- Punctual and Reliable
- Notify management of any damage caused by guests or cleaner
- Friendly and respectful demeanor to property owners and guests
- Transport all cleaning supplies to and from properties (Supplies to be provided)
Skills
- Professional cleaning experience (required)
- Good communication skills
- A love to clean
- Ability to follow specific requests/instructions by property owners
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Reliable transportation
- Attention to detail
- High-school diploma or GED required
- Background Check will Apply
