Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a AM Restaurant Server for the Hilton Garden Inn located at 100 E. Constance Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23434.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serves all breakfast guests coffee within one minute after being seated.
- Take guest's order for all meals within three minutes.
- Present check immediately after meal is served at breakfast and lunch.
- Do the “2 minute” check at every table and ask if their meal is enjoyable.
- Reset tables neatly when bus persons are busy
- Perform all side work according to posted duties.
Qualifications:
- Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
- Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
