Eman Schools is looking for a full-time science teacher for high school.

• Eman Schools is expanding and adding more teachers to its science department and adding Project Lead The Way, PLTW.
• Will teach science classes to high school students.
• Eman Schools is an accredited PreK-12th grade private school that is located in the heart of Fishers, IN
• We currently serve over 400 students between 3 buildings.
• Our school serves students from the Fishers area plus some students commuting from various parts of Indianapolis, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, McCordsville, and Carmel.
• Eman School is an A-rated school and a 4-Star School by IDOE.
• High School is ranked 7th in the state or Indiana in standardized test performance.
• An Eman Schools teacher is expected to:
• Create a rigorous academic program and develop a class environment favorable to learning.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences aligned with the Indiana Standards.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities, including the use of the computer lab for technology.
• Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs.
• Seek out additional resources for supplemental needs.
• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Meet the licensing requirements for the State of Indiana.
• Have Teaching experience.
• The ideal candidate should possess: high energy level, good verbal and written communication skills, high work standards, good problem solving and decision-making skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
