SHIPPING HI-LO DRIVER
JOIN THE TEAM at American Plastic Toys in Walled Lake! We have been making children's toys for 60 years that bring delight and fun worldwide! We are hiring in our Shipping Department for fans of toys that will join a fast paced area to get our products ready for transport. The overall pay ranges from $14.50 to $16.50 an hour (this range includes an attendance bonus incentive). Apply and find out the great opportunities at APT!
Principal Duties:
- Operates a sit down forklift to load, unload and transport finished goods within a manufacturing plant.
- Prepares finished goods for daily shipments by wrapping and labeling items as necessary.
- Performs other duties including inventory, general labor or material handling as necessary or as assigned.
- Cleans work area to keep clear of debris.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operational experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
