Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced, License Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a part-time Classroom Instructor. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching and be knowledgeable in the healthcare field.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction to CNA/HHA students
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a positive and professional learning environment
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CNA/HHA training and education
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting as a CNA/HHA
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
Part-Time Schedule:
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Approximately 12-24 hours per week
