Help Desk Tier 1

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Help Desk Tier 1. This is a full-time benefitted onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide phone, email and chat support and assist customers resolving technical questions
  • Troubleshoot user accounts, software and hardware problems
  • Appropriately escalate problems to designated support levels using defined processes
  • Respond to all requests for assistance
  • Log and report each service request
  • Close out trouble calls
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • Six months of Help Desk support experience
  • No experience needed with a vocational technical school certificate (HDI)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
