Position Summary: *This position is responsible for providing and supporting: computer/tablet hardware and software, office and cellular phones, how-to support and customer service to our end users. In addition, this individual is responsible for problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users at the desktop level.

Primary Responsibilities:*

  • Work in collaboration with our offsite teams regularly to support their needs. This includes regular local travel to locations in a construction environment.
  • Hands on installation and setup of infrastructure.
  • Regular training provided to internal customers.
  • Management of GPS system and in-house systems.
  • Maintain and update documentation for assigned projects and systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of telecommunications systems, including VOIP, cell phones and mailbox management, etc.
  • Provide remote and onsite help desk and other related support while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Analyze performance of Help Desk activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of services.
  • Work closely with end-users to establish Help Desk service level agreements and establish problem resolution expectations and timeframes.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects including communicating the status and progress of those projects and completing them within timeframe.
  • Actively seeks work and communicates availability to management.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs in accordance with equipment manufacturer's instructions and recommendations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues impacting performance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Education:*

  • Minimum of 3 Years’ experience
  • School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Office 365 experience a plus
  • Power BI experience a plus
  • ERP system experience a plus

  • This position requires but is not limited to lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, listening and speaking with internal and external clients. You will work in an environment with dirt and other outdoor/indoor conditions.
