We are hiring a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. Position is flexible to sit in any of our AMT offices or be remote / Hybrid.

Responsibilities
- IT Helpdesk first responder – Logs tickets and ensures tickets are responded to by the correct group in a timely manner
- Computer Hardware Support – Diagnoses issues, recommends and implements solutions
- Service Coordination – Works effectively with various service and warranty providers for computer repair, copier repair, and software support
- Software Support – Provides first tier support of software. Puts first set of eyes on the problem and escalates to the appropriate team for further support ·
- Ability to travel to various office locations throughout the mid-Atlantic to provide support, device inventory, and network related support ·
- Provide off hour or emergency service both remotely and in person to various offices
- Troubleshoot and manage mobile devices
- Support Windows environment that includes servers, desktop computers, and laptops
- Basic network support, both hardware and software
- Provide training for basic technology ·
- Be responsible for updated FAQ pages in Sharepoint
Qualifications
- Associate degree (Minimum) or equivalent education / experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, 11, and Server
- Relevant certifications a plus (Comptia A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, MCITP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, technical expertise
- Must have the ability to travel.
- May be qualified for cell phone reimbursement, meals, lodging, and travel time when working at remote offices.
