Dishwasher Job Overview
Do you want to play a vital role in the kitchen and help the restaurant operate seamlessly? Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, ensures the cleanliness of dishware, work stations, and restrooms so that the team can provide a refreshing seaside dining experience. Your responsibilities may include upholding the appearance standard of the restaurant by taking out the trash and maintaining the grounds. Additionally, you must keep all supplies readily available for the team's success.

What You Need to Succeed
* The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple Positions – We believe in the concept of ONE Kitchen, where your training and flexibility will enable you to become an expert in all Heart of House roles
* Skills to Make the Grade – Multi-tasking, following recipes to create delicious dishes
* Job Qualifications – Must be at least 16 years of age, any culinary education is a plus!
* Perform the Physical Demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, stoop, and use basic power tools.
