Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Job Duties: The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for actively partnering in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes across the company, including providing direction and best practices for recruiting exceptional talent, employer branding/marketing as well as developing and growing internal talent. Responsibilities include Talent Acquisition processes, conducting pre-screenings and interviews and ensuring that potential candidates are a good fit for the client, building relationships with a wide range of business professionals to maintain an archive of potential candidates, preparing a list of vetted applicants tailored to the client's desires and needs, and posting job openings on social media sites and job boards to attract talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, Healthcare experience preferred.
  • 1+ year developing candidate pipelines
  • 1+ year of managing Candidate Communities or CRM preferred.
  • Prior experience with Social Media, Candidate Marketing, and digital outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$64,480—$95,000 USD
