The Healthcare Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing the relationships with healthcare accounts, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers. The Account Manager will work closely with key decision-makers at these accounts to identify needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare accounts, including regular communication, site visits, and collaboration on projects and initiatives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and reimbursement policies, and use this knowledge to develop effective account management strategies.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and develop and execute plans to drive revenue and increase market share.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to develop and implement account-specific initiatives and campaigns.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, including resolution of concerns, escalations, and service-related inquiries.

  • Conduct regular account reviews and develop account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term retention.

  • Analyze account performance and develop strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and other industry stakeholders.

  • $85K-$100K Yearly

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
