Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to assist the Executive Director, Branch Manager with the overall business functions of the Health Alert
program and services. The HA Manager will maintain on site daily office functions, staffing, scheduling, supervision and
training of hourly employees and liaison to accounts receivable, insurance authorization and shared services. Customer
satisfaction and initial key contact for client and or employee concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists the Director with daily Health Alert operations supporting customers and employees. Assess, propose and
implement solutions to daily program intake, service issues and workflow to provide optimum census, maintain.
adequate inventory management for program growth leading to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
2. Responsible for performance management of hourly employees to ensure timely and excellent customer service.
Set up weekly Coordinator task rotation and Installer assignments; orienting, coaching, training, and performance
feedback maintaining AccentCare policies and strive for employee satisfaction.
3. Strong working relationship with related departments, billing, insurance, authorization, shared services, vendors,
and referral sources i.e., case managers, joint venture partners to answer/resolve service-related questions.
Reports all concerns/issues to the Executive Director.
4. Provide orientation or training to support new or maintain skills on all required job duties to assure standard
workflow and employee performance excellence.
5. Maintain office functions including Vendor inventory, office supplies, shipping, receiving and marketing supplies.
Key contact for Safety and Infection prevention practices for the Health Alert Branch Office.
Infection Prevention practices are continually evolving so coordination with Executive Director and the CRC as well
as other key resources for the safety and health of staff and clients served is key. Risk Management access and
back up for both employee and client incidents.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct supervision, orientation, ongoing training, and performance management of hourly employees; Coordinators
    (office staff) and Installers (field staff).
  • Assists with payroll and all employee support functions i.e., Interviewing, On Boarding, etc. utilizing access to
    WorkDay or related AC applications.
  • Coordinates employee support for phone, IT resources, human resources referrals i.e., medical leave, workers
    compensation as back up to Executive Director.
  • Monitor changes to Fee Schedule coordinate with ED for contract pricing and works with IT and Billing to assure clear
    communication on changes.
  • Responsible for Daily Huddle with the HA Team and Office or Installer team meetings (monthly); supports the Monthly
    HA Team with ED.
  • Primary responsibility for supporting standard workflow escalating cross over team hand offs to ED for broader team
    coordination, input, and support.
  • Manages expenses utilizing AccentCare credit card and or purchases to support program.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have technical knowledge of and ability to operate MS Office, telephone systems, multiple applications/apps that
support business operations including Vendor web portals.
Maintains procedures and systems which ensure the delivery of coordinated appropriate and comprehensive service to
clients/subscribers.
Ability to communicate, manage and lead with confidence and compassion representing AccentCare Values.

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
  • High School education
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in healthcare and or related field
  • Technical Support experience preferred
