Head of Customer Services USA based - East Coast preferred $120,000 - $150,000 base A global ITAD is recruiting for a Head of Customer Services (B2B) to assist in developing best in class customer service and delivery. Responsibilities * Build strong relationships with new and existing customers * Solve complex customer service issues and prevent negative service trends * Identify risks and issues that may affect business units * Develop and monitor KPIs to drive improvements in service performance Requirements * Experience in customer success or account management * Proficiency in planning, change management and problem solving * Ability to manage and influence customer service initiatives * Knowledge or experience of the ITAD industry preferred
