Morpho Printing, Design and Marketing (MorphoPrinting.com) is a growing & busy Graphic Design and Printing Firm in Benton County. We have an immediate full time opening print production team, marketing and graphic design team member who will help us meet the needs of our business clients (not retail consumers) and to assist them meet their marketing and sales goals.

If you have prior experience in printing, a sign shop, graphic design or in printing press operations, you will have a big advantage in this fun job, where the days are never the same and never boring!

This is not a "phone CSR position" nor is it a "remote work" position.. If you have experience in a printing company and have graphic design experience, you will be at the "head of the list" for consideration. If you have experience with and ENJOY working with the business clients, this is for you!

***CANDIDATES *MUST* CURRENTLY LIVE IN BENTON COUNTY, WASHINGTON COUNTY or SW MISSOURI. This is NOT a remote work job.

• We're offer our graphic design and printing services to business owners and leaders in NWA and around the US.

The job will be in these areas:

• Customer Assistance with website orders
• Web & social media marketing
• File setup and file pre-flighting before printing
• Print production using digital printing equipment
• Finishing printed pieces
• Assist clients with their marketing and printing needs
• Meeting with and assessing business client's needs
• Other marketing areas as needed.
• Having prior experience working in a graphic design or printing firm will shoot your application to the top of the consideration list!
• This is NOT a traditional customer service position...it's about helping business clients meet their needs and help us generate demand and interest for our services!

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excel proficiency
• Outlook proficiency
• Must type 30WPM
• Multi-tasker (single move "checkers players" will not thrive well here)
• High Energy & sense of urgency required.
